You may return any unused item within 15 days of receipt for a full refund in the form of a voucher (provided the items are in new and unused condition) by post. Shipping costs must be paid by the sender and will not be reimbursed by La Beauté de l'océan. (This does not affect your statutory rights). When a product bears a security seal, no refund or exchange will be granted if the seal is broken unless the product is defective.

Customs charges for EU member countries

Please note that all shipments to countries other than Switzerland may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All duties, fees and any additional costs for customs clearance are your responsibility, our customers. Please contact your customs department for advice.
